The European Boxing Confederation (EUBC), Boxing Federation of Russia and the city of Kaliningrad have invited nations to take part in the first-ever EUBC European Olympic Hopes Boxing Championships 2012.
The Championships are reserved for the boxers aged 19-22.
The tournament is due to officially begin in the seaport city of Kaliningrad on December 9th.
